Welcome to Flirt! By accessing or using our mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following User Agreement ("Agreement"). Please read this Agreement carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you must not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using the Flirt app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and any other applicable terms and policies.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify Flirt of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. Use of the App
You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any unlawful or prohibited purpose, including but not limited to:

• Impersonating any person or entity.
• Harassing, threatening, or defrauding other users.
• Posting or transmitting any content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive.
• Engaging in spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the proper functioning of the App.

5. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you post or transmit through the App. By posting content, you grant Flirt a non-exclusive, transferable, sub-licensable, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the App.

6. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Flirt:

• Soliciting money or financial information from other users.
• Sharing or transmitting explicit content without consent.
• Using the App for commercial purposes without our express permission.
• Collecting personal information from other users without their consent.

7. Termination
Flirt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of this Agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers
Flirt provides the App on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Flirt be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

10. Changes to the Agreement
Flirt reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Agreement on the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Agreement.

11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
